BUT NAY! I call to witness all that you can see, 38 And that which you do not see. 39 that this is the speech of an honourable Messenger, 40 and is not - however little you may [be prepared to] believe it - the word of a poet; 41 nor the speech of a soothsayer (little do you remember). 42 It has been revealed by the Lord of the Universe. 43 Now if he [whom We have entrusted with it] had dared to attribute some [of his own] sayings unto Us, 44 We would have definitely taken revenge from him. 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein, 46 not one of you could have prevented it from him. 47 And verily, this [Qur'an] is a reminder to all the God-conscious! 48 And most surely We know that some of you are rejecters. 49 Indeed, it is a sorrow to the unbelievers 50 yet indeed it is the truth of certainty. 51 So glorify your Lord, the most supreme. 52
