The Fig (Al-Teen)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Galaxies (Al-Burooj) before Quraish (Quraish)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
I swear by the fig and the olive, 1 and Mount Sinai, 2 and this land secure! 3 We have indeed created man in the best of mould, 4 Then We render him the lowest of the low. 5 Save those who believe and work righteous Works. Theirs shall be hire unending. 6 What then shall cry thee lies as to the Doom? 7 Is not Allah the Greatest of all sovereigns? 8
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
