Those who do not believe, say: "When we and our fathers have turned to dust, how shall we be raised again? 67 We have been promised this, we and our forefathers, before. This is not but legends of the former peoples." 68 “Proclaim, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “Travel in the land and see what sort of fate befell the guilty.” 69 (O Prophet), do not grieve over them, nor be distressed at their designs. 70 And they say: When (will) this promise (be fulfilled), if ye are truthful? 71 Say: "Perhaps some of what you wish to hasten is right behind you." 72 Surely thy Lord is bountiful to men; but most of them are not thankful. 73 Your Lord certainly knows whatever their hearts conceal or reveal. 74 There is nothing of the hidden in the heavens and the earth that is not recorded in the luminous Book. 75 This Quran explains to the children of Israel much of what they differ over, 76 And indeed it is a guidance and a mercy for the Muslims. 77 Verily thy Lord will decide between them by His Decree: and He is Exalted in Might, All-Knowing. 78 So put thy trust in God; thou art upon the manifest truth. 79 Verily, you cannot make the dead to hear (i.e. benefit them and similarly the disbelievers), nor can you make the deaf to hear the call, when they flee, turning their backs. 80 And you cannot guide the blind away from their error. You will only make hear those who believe in Our verses so they are Muslims [submitting to Allah]. 81 ۞ When the Word falls on them, We shall bring forth for them out of the earth a beast that shall speak unto them: 'Mankind had no faith in Our signs.' 82
