He Frowned ('Abasa)
42 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Stars (Al-Najm) before Destiny (Al-Qadr)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
۞ (The Prophet (Peace be upon him)) frowned and turned away, 1 that the blind man came to him. 2 What could inform thee but that he might grow (in grace) 3 Or take heed and so the reminder might avail him? 4 As for him who regardeth himself self-sufficient 5 Unto him thou attendest. 6 although it is not for you to be concerned if he remained unpurified. 7 But as for him who cometh unto thee with earnest purpose 8 and who has fear of God, 9 Of him wast thou unmindful. 10 No indeed; this is only a Reminder. 11 So let whosoever will pay heed to it, 12 (It is) in Records held (greatly) in honour (Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz). 13 exalted, purified, 14 by the hands of the noble, virtuous, 15 Noble and dutiful. 16 Perish the human! How unthankful he is! 17 From what thing did He create him? 18 Out of a sperm-drop did He create him and then determined a measure for him, 19 Then made his passage easy (at birth); 20 Then He causeth him to die, and putteth him in his grave; 21 and then, whenever He wishes, He will raise him back to life. 22 Nay; but he has not done what He bade him. 23 Let the human reflect on the food he eats, 24 How We pour water in showers 25 Thereafter We cleave the earth in clefts, 26 We make the grain grow out of it, 27 And grapes and herbage 28 And olive and palm trees 29 Orchards thick with trees, 30 And fruits and fodder,- 31 for you and for your herds to delight in. 32 But when the deafening blast is sounded, 33 upon the day when a man shall flee from his brother, 34 and from his mother and father, 35 his wife and his sons: 36 On that day, each one has just one issue, which is enough for him. 37 on that Day some faces will be beaming, 38 Laughing and full of joy, 39 And many will be dust-begrimed, 40 Blackness will cover them: 41 Those! they are the infidels, the ungodly. 42
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
