The All High (Al-A'alaa)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Proclaim the Purity of your Lord, the Supreme. 1 Who has created (all things) proportionately, 2 decreed their destinies, and provided them with guidance. 3 And Who brings out the pasturage, 4 then made it dry dark, flaky stubble, 5 We shall make thee read (O Muhammad) so that thou shalt not forget 6 Save that which Allah willeth. Lo! He knoweth the disclosed and that which still is hidden; 7 We shall ease you to the easy. 8 Therefore, keep on preaching as long as it is of benefit. 9 He who fears (Allah) shall heed it, 10 Only the wretch will turn aside, 11 He who shall roast into the Great Fire, 12 wherein they will neither live nor die. 13 He who purified himself shall prosper, 14 And who mentioned the name of his Lord, then offered prayer. 15 Nay! you prefer the life of this world, 16 whereas the Hereafter is better and more enduring. 17 Verily this is in Writs ancient 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
