Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? 1 and relieve you of the burden 2 Which weighed down your back? 3 and granted you an exalted reputation? 4 So truly with hardship comes ease, 5 surely, with every hardship there is ease. 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 and turn to your Lord with longing. 8
