[O Men!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built, 27 He lifted up its vault, and levelled it, 28 And He made dark its night, and brought forth its sunshine. 29 And after that He spread the earth, 30 And he brought forth therefrom its water, and its pasture. 31 And the mountains! He established them firm: 32 As convenience for you and your cattle. 33 But when there comes the greatest Overwhelming Calamity - 34 The Day whereon man shall remember whatsoever he had striven for. 35 and Hell is there for all to see, 36 Then, for such as had transgressed all bounds, 37 and preferred the present life, 38 will find himself in Hell; 39 However, those who had feared their Lord and restrained their souls from acting according to its desires. 40 Then indeed Paradise only is his destination. 41 They question thee of the Hour: when will its arrival be? 42 In what [position] are you that you should mention it? 43 Towards your Lord only is its conclusion. 44 you are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 On the day when they see it, it will seem to them as though they had only lived in the world for a morning and an afternoon. 46
