Blessed is He Who made constellations in the skies, and placed therein a Lamp and a Moon giving light; 61 It is He who has made the night and day follow each other for those whom He desires to remember or He desires to be thankful. 62 The worshipers of the Merciful are those who walk humbly on the earth, and when the ignorant address them say: 'Peace' 63 And those who spend their nights bowed and standing before their Lord; 64 And these who say: our Lord! avert from us the torment of Hell; verily the torment thereof is perishment. 65 it is an evil settling, and an evil residence' 66 And those who, when spending, neither exceed the limits nor act miserly, and stay in moderation between the two. 67 And those who cry not unto any other god along with Allah, nor take the life which Allah hath forbidden save in (course of) justice, nor commit adultery - and whoso doeth this shall pay the penalty; 68 The punishment shall be doubled to him on the day of resurrection, and he shall abide therein in abasement; 69 Except him who repents and believes and does a good deed; so these are they of whom Allah changes the evil deeds to good ones; and Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. 70 And whoever repents and does good has truly turned to Allah with an (acceptable) conversion;- 71 Those who witness no falsehood, and, if they pass by futility, they pass by it with honourable (avoidance); 72 and who when they are reminded of the verses of their Lord, they do not fall down deaf and blind. 73 And who say: Our Lord! Vouchsafe us comfort of our wives and of our offspring, and make us patterns for (all) those who ward off (evil). 74 Those are the ones who will be rewarded with the highest place in heaven, because of their patient constancy: therein shall they be met with salutations and peace, 75 They shall abide in it forever; what an excellent abode and place of stay. 76 Say: 'My Lord esteems you not at all were it not for your prayer, for you have cried lies, and it shall surely be fastened.' 77
