No, by the moon! 32 and the night when it retreats 33 And the daybreak when it shines; 34 Lo! this is one of the greatest (portents) 35 A warning to mankind, 36 whether one steps forward to embrace the faith or one turns away from it. 37 Every soul is a pledge for its own deeds; 38 save those who shall have attained to righteousness: 39 In Gardens; they shall be asking, 40 about the sinners. 41 “What took you into the hell?” 42 They will answer: “We were not among those who observed Prayer, 43 Nor did we feed the wretched. 44 and we indulged in vain talk with those who indulged in vain talk, 45 and rejected the Day of Judgment 46 until the Inevitable End [death] overtook us." 47 So no intercession of intercessors will be of any use to them. 48 So what is the matter with them that they turn away from the advice? 49 As though they were frightened asses 50 Fleeing away from a lion. 51 In fact every one of them wants to be given open books (like the prophets). 52 Nay! but they do not fear the hereafter. 53 No, indeed, surely, this is a Reminder. 54 and whoever wills may take it to heart. 55 And they will not mind unless Allah please. He is worthy to be feared and worthy to forgive. 56

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
