The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the snorting chargers, 1 striking sparks of fire with their hooves, 2 Then those charging in the morning 3 And therein raising dust. 4 dividing the gathering. 5 Indeed, the human is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 and he himself is a witness to that, 7 And lo! in the love of wealth he is violent. 8 ۞ But does he not know that when the contents of the graves are scattered 9 And there shall be brought to light that which is in the breasts? 10 On that day will their Lord be perfectly informed concerning them. 11
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
