Verily the tree of Zaqqum: 43 is the food of the guilty, 44 Like murky oil, it boils within bellies 45 As does boiling water. 46 'Take him, and thrust him into the midst of Hell, 47 Then pour over his head from the torment of scalding water." 48 'Taste! Surely thou art the mighty, the noble. 49 This is that concerning which you were doubting.' 50 But those mindful of God will be in a safe place, 51 amidst gardens and fountains, 52 dressed in silks and brocade, set face to face. 53 Just like that. We shall pair them with companions with large black eyes. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit, in peace and security. 55 They shall not taste death except the death in this world. And Allah will save them from the chastisement of Hell 56 as a bounty from your Lord. That will be the mighty triumph. 57 And We have made it easy in thy language; they might haply be admonished. 58 So wait thou and watch; for they (too) are waiting. 59
