Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Ya'. Sin. 1 I swear by the Quran full of wisdom 2 you are truly among the Messengers, 3 On a path that is straight, -- 4 by [virtue of] what is being bestowed from on high by the Almighty, the Dispenser of Grace, 5 so that you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned and so they are unaware. 6 Indeed, the word [of God's condemnation] is bound to come true against most of them: for they will not believe. 7 Verily We have placed on their necks shackles which are up to the chins; so that their heads are forced up. 8 We have set-up a barrier in front of and behind them and have made them blind. Thus, they cannot see. 9 Whether you warn them or do not warn, it is all the same; they will not believe. 10 You can only warn him who listens to the warning and fears Ar-Rahman secretly. So give him good news of forgiveness and a generous reward. 11 Indeed, it is We who bring the dead to life and record what they have put forth and what they left behind, and all things We have enumerated in a clear register. 12
