If We extend anyone's life, We reverse his development. Can they not use their reason? 68 We have not instructed the (Prophet) in Poetry, nor is it meet for him: this is no less than a Message and a Qur'an making things clear: 69 In order that it may warn him who is alive, and that the sentence may be justified on the infidels. 70 Are they, then, not aware that it is for them that We have created, among all the things which Our hands have wrought, the domestic animals of which they are [now] masters? 71 Whom We made subservient to them so that some of them they ride and some they eat? 72 And for them therein are [other] benefits and drinks, so will they not be grateful? 73 But [nay,] they take to worshipping deities other than God, [hoping] to be succoured [by them, and not knowing that] 74 They cannot help them, though they be hosts made ready for them. 75 Let not their speech, then, grieve thee. Verily We know what they hide as well as what they disclose. 76 Hath not man seen that We have created him from a drop of seed? Yet lo! he is an open opponent. 77 And he has struck for Us a parable, and forgotten his own creation. He asks: 'Who will quicken the bones after they have decayed' 78 Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “They will be revived by the One Who created them the first time; and He is the All Knowing of every creation.” 79 [It is] He who made for you from the green tree, fire, and then from it you ignite. 80 Is not He Who created the heavens and the earth Able to create the like of them? Aye, that He is! for He is the All-Wise Creator, 81 Verily, His Command, when He intends a thing, is only that He says to it, "Be!" and it is! 82 Wherefore hallowed be He in whose hand is the governance of everything, and unto whom ye shall be returned. 83
