No, by the moon! 32 And by the Night as it retreateth, 33 and the dawn when it is white, 34 Indeed hell is one of the greatest entities. 35 Warn the men. 36 a warning to everyone of you whether he would like to come forward or lag behind. 37 Every soul, for what it has earned, will be retained 38 save those who shall have attained to righteousness: 39 [dwelling] In gardens [of paradise,] they will inquire 40 About Al-Mujrimun (polytheists, criminals, disbelievers, etc.), (And they will say to them): 41 “What took you into the hell?” 42 They will answer: "We were not among those who prayed; 43 And did not feed the needy, 44 And we have been wading with the waders. 45 And we used to deny the Day of Recompense 46 Until there came to us the certainty." 47 Then the intercession of the intercessors shall not profit them. 48 What ails them, that they turn away from the Reminder, 49 As if they were asses taking fright 50 Fleeing from a lion? 51 Nay, but everyone of them desireth that he should be given open pages (from Allah). 52 Nay, verily. They fear not the Hereafter. 53 Nay! it is surely an admonition. 54 and whoever wills may take it to heart. 55 But none will remember, unless Allah wills, He is the Owner of fear, the Owner of forgiveness. 56
