O Prophet, tell your wives and daughters, and the women of the faithful, to draw their wraps a little over them. They will thus be recognised and no harm will come to them. God is forgiving and kind. 59 ۞ If the hypocrites and those who have tainted hearts and the scandal mongers of Madinah do not desist, We shall surely give you authority over them and their days in that city will be numbered. 60 Accursed, they would be seized wherever found, and slain mercilessly. 61 The tradition of Allah prevalent among those who passed away before; and you will never find the traditions of Allah changing. 62 Men ask thee concerning the Hour: Say, "The knowledge thereof is with Allah (alone)": and what will make thee understand?- perchance the Hour is nigh! 63 Verily God has cursed the infidels, and prepared a blazing fire for them. 64 In which they will remain forever; in it they will find neither a protector nor any supporter. 65 Upon the day when their faces are turned about in the Fire they shall say, 'Ah, would we had obeyed God and the Messenger! 66 And they will say: "O our Sustainer! Behold, we paid heed unto our leaders and our great men, and it is they who have led us astray from the right path! 67 Lord, make them to suffer double torment and subject them to the greatest condemnation." 68
