Say: 'God suffices as a witness between me and you.' He knows whatsoever is in the heavens and earth. Those who believe in vanity and disbelieve in God -- those, they are the losers. 52 And they ask you to hasten on the torment (for them), and had it not been for a term appointed, the torment would certainly have come to them. And surely, it will come upon them suddenly while they perceive not! 53 They ask you to hasten the chastisement upon them although Hell encompasses the unbelievers. 54 On the day when the doom will overwhelm them from above them and from underneath their feet, and He will say: Taste what ye used to do! 55 O My creatures who believe, surely My earth has plenty of scope and so worship only Me. 56 Every human being is bound to taste death, [and] in the end unto Us shall all be brought back: 57 We shall house those who believed and acted righteously in the lofty mansions of Paradise beneath which rivers flow. There they shall remain for ever. How excellent a reward it is for those who acted (in obedience to Allah), 58 Those who patiently endured and who rely only upon their Lord. 59 And how many a moving creature there is that beareth not its provision! Allah provideth for it and for you. And He is the Hearer, the Knower. 60 If you ask them who it is that has created the heavens and the earth and subjugated the sun and the moon, they will say, "God." How then are they turned away? 61 God increases the sustenance of whichever of His servants He wants and He determines their share. God has the knowledge of all things. 62 And if thou wert to ask them: Who causeth water to come down from the sky, and therewith reviveth the earth after its death? they verily would say: Allah. Say: Praise be to Allah! But most of them have no sense. 63
