The Cheaters (Al-Mutaffifeen)
36 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Spider (Al-Ankaboot) before The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
Woe to those who are fraudulent in (weighing and measuring), 1 those who, when they take from others by measure, take their full share; 2 But when they measure out to others or weigh out for them, they are deficient. 3 Do they not think that they will be called to account?- 4 for a great Day, 5 A Day whereon mankind shall stand before the Lord of the worlds? 6 Woe to them! Let them know that the records of the sinner's deeds are in Sijin. 7 Would that you knew what Sijin is!? 8 A book inscribed. 9 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth 10 Those who belie the Day of Requital. 11 No one denies it except for the evil aggressor. 12 [and so,] whenever Our messages are conveyed to them, they but say: "Fables of ancient times!" 13 Nay, but that which they have earned is rust upon their hearts. 14 Nay, but surely on that day they will be covered from (the mercy of) their Lord. 15 Further, they will enter the Fire of Hell. 16 They will then be told: "This is what you had denied." 17 Indeed the record of the virtuous is in the highest place, the Illiyin. 18 What could let you know what the 'Illiyoon is! 19 A written record, 20 Which is witnessed by the close ones. 21 Verily the virtuous shall be in Delight, 22 resting on couches, looking around. 23 Thou wilt recognize in their faces the brightness of delight. 24 They will be given a drink of pure wine whereon the seal [of God] will have been set, 25 whose seal is musk – so let all aspirants aspire after that – 26 for it is composed of all that is most exalting 27 A fountain whereof will drink those brought nigh. 28 BEHOLD, those who have abandoned themselves to sin are wont to laugh at such as have attained to faith 29 when they passed by them, they would wink at one another; 30 And when they returned to their own people, they would return jesting; 31 and when they saw the believers, they said: “Lo! These are the erring ones”; 32 Whereas they were not sent over them as watchers. 33 This day it is those who believe who have the laugh of disbelievers, 34 On high thrones, watching. 35 The infidels have indeed been rewarded for that which they had been doing. 36
True are the words of God the Almighty.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
