And, indeed We gave Our Grace to Musa (Moses) and Harun (Aaron). 114 and We saved them and their people from the awesome calamity [of bondage,] 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 and guided them in the straight path, 118 And We perpetuated (praise) to them among the later generations. 119 Peace be with Moses and Aaron. 120 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 121 Verily! They were two of Our believing slaves. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 He told his people, "Why do you not have fear of God? 124 "Will you call upon Ba'l (a well- known idol of his nation whom they used to worship) and forsake the Best of creators, 125 God, your Sustainer and the Sustainer of your forebears of old?" 126 But they denounced him as a liar, so they will surely be arraigned (for punishment), 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 And We kept his praise among the latter generations. 129 "Peace be upon Elijah and his followers!" 130 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 131 Lo! he is one of our believing slaves. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 Recall what time We delivered him and his household, all. 134 except for an old woman who was among those that stayed behind. 135 and We destroyed the others. 136 and you pass by them in the morning 137 and by night. Will you not, then, use your reason? 138
