Indeed, for the righteous with their Lord are the Gardens of Pleasure. 34 Shall We then treat the People of Faith like the People of Sin? 35 What ails you then, how you judge? 36 Or have you a Book in which you read 37 surely in it you shall have whatever you choose! 38 Or have you taken a binding promise from Us which would hold till the Day of Judgement, that you will get whatever you demand? 39 Ask them: "Which of you is able to vouch for this?" 40 Or have they some "Partners" (in Allahhead)? Then let them produce their "partners", if they are truthful! 41 On the day when it befalleth in earnest, and they are ordered to prostrate themselves but are not able, 42 Their eyes will be cast down,- ignominy will cover them; seeing that they had been summoned aforetime to bow in adoration, while they were whole, (and had refused). 43 So leave Me, [O Muhammad], with [the matter of] whoever denies the Qur'an. We will progressively lead them [to punishment] from where they do not know. 44 And I will give them time. Indeed, My plan is firm. 45 Or askest thou them for a wage, and so they are weighed down with debt? 46 Is with them the unseen, so that they write down? 47 Wait patiently for your Lord's judgement; do not be like the man who, having been swallowed by a whale, called out in distress. 48 Were it not that favor from his Lord had overtaken him, he would certainly have been cast down upon the naked Found while he was blamed. 49 Then his Lord chose him and made him of the righteous. 50 And lo! those who disbelieve would fain disconcert thee with their eyes when they hear the Reminder, and they say: Lo! he is indeed mad; 51 But it is nothing other than a Reminder for all the worlds. 52
