The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the (steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 And strike sparks of fire, 2 rushing to assault at morn, 3 So thereupon raising dust. 4 Penetrating forthwith as one into the midst (of the foe); 5 Verily man is unto his Lord ungrateful. 6 and surely he is a witness against that! 7 And verily in the love of wealth he is vehement, 8 ۞ Knows he not that when that which is in the tombs is over-thrown, 9 And there shall be brought to light that which is in the breasts? 10 their Lord will examine his deeds? 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
