And the heaven We constructed with strength, and indeed, We are [its] expander. 47 and We cradled the earth. And We are the Best of Cradlers. 48 And of everything We have created pairs; perhaps you will take heed. 49 So flee to Allah. Indeed, I am to you from Him a clear warner. 50 And do not ascribe divinity to aught side by side with God: verily, I am a plain warner to you from Him!" 51 Similarly, no messenger came to the Peoples before them, but they said (of him) in like manner, "A sorcerer, or one possessed"! 52 Have they charged each other with this? Nay! they are an inordinate people. 53 So turn your attention away from them; you shall incur no blame. 54 But go on reminding them, as reminding benefits the believers. 55 And I (Allah) created not the jinns and humans except they should worship Me (Alone). 56 [But withal,] no sustenance do I ever demand of them, nor do I demand that they feed Me: 57 Verily, Allah is the All-Provider, Owner of Power, the Most Strong. 58 And lo! for those who (now) do wrong there is an evil day like unto the evil day (which came for) their likes (of old); so let them not ask Me to hasten on (that day). 59 woe, then, to those who are bent on denying the truth, when the Day arrives which they have been promised. 60
