۞ No! I swear by the positions of the stars 75 And that is indeed a mighty adjuration if ye but knew,- 76 That this is indeed a qur'an Most Honourable, 77 inscribed in a well-guarded Book, 78 None shall touch it save the purified ones. 79 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 80 Is it such a talk (this Quran) that you (disbelievers) deny? 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat, 83 the while you are helplessly watching that he is on the verge of death, 84 - And We are nearer unto him than ye are, but ye see not - 85 If you are true to your claim that there is no Day of Judgment, 86 do you not restore his soul, if you are truthful? 87 If he is among the near 88 there shall be repose and ease, and a Garden of Delight; 89 and if he be a Companion of the Right: 90 [he, too, will be welcomed into paradise with the words,] "Peace be unto thee [that art] of those who have attained to righteousness!" 91 But if he (the dying person) be of the denying (of the Resurrection), the erring (away from the Right Path of Islamic Monotheism), 92 Then for him is entertainment with boiling water. 93 and will be scorched by the Fire. 94 Verily this! this is the very truth. 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Supreme. 96
God the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
