Hizb 38

The people of Noah cried lies to the Envoys 105 When their brother Nuh said unto them: fear ye not? 106 I am a trustworthy messenger for you: 107 fear God, and obey me. 108 I ask of you no recompense for it, for my only reward is with the Lord of the Universe, 109 So fear Allah and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: "Should we place our trust in you when only the condemned follow you?" 111 Said he: "And what knowledge could I have as to what they were doing [before they came to me]? 112 Their reckoning rests with none but my Sustainer: if you could but understand [this]! 113 And I am not to drive away the believers. 114 I am only a clear warner' 115 They said: "If thou desist not, O Noah! thou shalt be stoned (to death)." 116 He prayed: "O Lord, verily my people accuse me of lies. 117 Therefor judge Thou between us, a (conclusive) judgment, and save me and those believers who are with me. 118 So We saved him and those with him in a laden ship. 119 Then after it, We drowned the rest. 120 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 122
