In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
By the snorting chargers, 1 and produce sparks 2 And the chargers at dawn, 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 And cleaving their way therein into the host, 5 Surely Man is ungrateful to his Lord, 6 And indeed he himself is a witness to it. 7 And indeed he is, in love of wealth, intense. 8 ۞ Does he not know when the contents of the graves are laid bare 9 and all that is in the hearts is made public, 10 surely on that day their Lord shall be aware of them! 11
