Say thou; my Lord! if Thou wilt shew me that wherewith they are threatened. 93 do not, O my Sustainer, let me be one of those evildoing folk!" 94 And indeed, We are able to show you what We have promised them. 95 Repel, by [means of] what is best, [their] evil. We are most knowing of what they describe. 96 And say: "My Lord! I seek refuge with You from the whisperings (suggestions) of the Shayatin (devils). 97 "And I seek refuge with Thee O my Lord! lest they should come near me." 98 When death approaches one of the unbelievers, he says, "Lord, send me back again 99 "So that I may do good in that which I have left behind!" No! It is but a word that he speaks, and behind them is Barzakh (a barrier) until the Day when they will be resurrected. 100 Then when the Trumpet is blown there will be no lineage among them that Day, nor will they ask of each other. 101 Then, those whose scales (of good deeds) are heavy, - these, they are the successful. 102 whereas they whose weight is light in the balance - it is they who will have squandered their own selves, [destined] to abide in hell: 103 the fire will scorch their faces, and they will abide therein with their lips distorted in pain. 104 Were not My messages recited to you and did you not reject them? 105 They will say: our Lord! our wretchedness overcame us, and we have been a people erring. 106 “Our Lord, remove us from hell – then if we do the same, we are the unjust.” 107 'Slink you into it,' He shall say, 'and do not speak to Me. 108 There was a group of my servants among you who always prayed: Lord, forgive us and grant us mercy; You are the best of those who show mercy. 109 But you took them for a laughing-stock, till they made you forget My remembrance, mocking at them. 110 On this day I have given them their reward for their exercising patience and it is they who have triumphed." 111 God will ask them, "How many years did you live in your graves?" 112 They will say: we tarried a day or part of a day; ask those who keep count. 113 He will say, "You stayed not but a little - if only you had known. 114 What! did you then think that We had created you in vain and that you shall not be returned to Us? 115 So exalted is Allah, the Sovereign, the Truth; there is no deity except Him, Lord of the Noble Throne. 116 And whosoever calls upon another god with God, whereof he has no proof, his reckoning is with his Lord; surely the unbelievers shall not prosper. 117 So say: "O my Lord! grant Thou forgiveness and mercy for Thou art the Best of those who show mercy!" 118
