And when Musa said to his servant: I will not cease until I reach the junction of the two rivers or I will go on for years. 60 When they reached the confluence they forgot the fish (they had brought as food) which swiftly made its way into the sea. 61 After they had passed the place, Moses said to his young companion, "Bring us our morning meal; we have indeed been fatigued by this journey." 62 He replied, "Did you see when we were resting by the rock, that I forgot the fish? Satan made me forget it, so I did not mention it. It made its way to the sea in a miraculous way!" 63 Musa said: that is that which we have been seeking. So they turned back upon their footsteps, retracing. 64 Then they found one of Our votaries, whom We had blessed and given knowledge from Us. 65 Musa (Moses) said to him (Khidr) "May I follow you so that you teach me something of that knowledge (guidance and true path) which you have been taught (by Allah)?" 66 He replied, "You will not be able to have patience with me. 67 “And how will you bear something which your knowledge does not encompass?” 68 He (Moses) said: 'If Allah wills, you shall find me patient, I shall not disobey your order' 69 He said: Well, if thou go with me, ask me not concerning aught till I myself make mention of it unto thee. 70
