The unbelievers say: 'When we and our fathers are turned to dust, shall we be brought forth? 67 It was promised to us and to our fathers before us. It is only ancient legends." 68 Say: "Go all over the earth and behold what happened in the end to those [who were thus] lost in sin!" 69 And grieve not over them or be in distress from what they conspire. 70 They also say: "Tell us when this threat will come to pass, if you are truthful." 71 Say: Maybe there may have drawn near to you somewhat of that which you seek to hasten on. 72 Surely thy Lord is bountiful to men; but most of them are not thankful. 73 The Lord knows full well what they conceal in their hearts and what they disclose: 74 And there is nothing hidden in the heaven or the earth but it is in a clear Record. 75 This Quran explains to the children of Israel much of what they differ over, 76 certainly it is guidance and a blessing for the believers. 77 Indeed your Lord will decide between them by His judgement. He is All-Mighty, All-Knowing. 78 Therefore rely on Allah; surely you are on the clear truth. 79 Surely you cannot make the dead hear you, nor can you make the deaf hear your call if they turn back in flight, 80 nor can you direct the blind to the Right Way, preventing them from falling into error. You can make only those who believe in Our verses to hear the call and then submit. 81 ۞ And when the Word is fulfilled against them (the unjust), we shall produce from the earth a beast to (face) them: He will speak to them, for that mankind did not believe with assurance in Our Signs. 82
