Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
40 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah) before The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ By the Day of Resurrection, 1 And I swear by the self-reproaching soul. 2 Deemest man that We shall not assemble his bones? 3 Indeed yes, We are able to shape his fingerstips yet again! 4 Rather, the human desires to continue in his immorality, 5 He asks: "When will be this Day of Resurrection?" 6 So when the sight becomes dazed, 7 And the moon will be eclipsed, 8 And the sun and the moon are joined, 9 That day man will say: "Where can I find escape?" 10 No, there is no refuge. 11 On that day, the station is only towards your Lord. 12 Man will be apprised, on that Day, of what he has done and what he has left undone: 13 Nay, man will be evidence against himself, 14 even though he offer his excuses. 15 Do not forestall (the revelation before its completion) by acting in haste. 16 It is for Us to collect it and to give you (O Muhammad SAW) the ability to recite it (the Quran), 17 Wherefore when We recite it, follow thou the reciting thereof. 18 And thereafter verily upon us is the expounding thereof. 19 No! But you love the immediate 20 and neglect the life to come. 21 On the Day of Judgment some faces will be bright, 22 Waiting for their Lord. 23 And (other) faces on that day shall be gloomy, 24 Fearing that a great disaster is going to befall them. 25 Yes indeed, when the soul will reach up to the throat. 26 And it will be said: "Who can cure him and save him from death?" 27 (the angels of mercy or the angels of wrath,)" then, he will realize that it is time to leave this world. 28 and calf is inter-twined with calf. 29 upon that Day the driving shall be to your Lord. 30

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
