The Comet (Al-Taareq)
17 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Town (Al-Balad) before The Moon (Al-Qamar)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the sky, and by the nightly comer! 1 And what will make you know what the comer by night is? 2 - The piercing Star! 3 [for] no human being has ever been left unguarded. 4 So let man see from what he is created! 5 He was created from ejaculated water 6 Issuing from (the pelvis) between the backbone and the ribs. 7 Indeed, Allah, to return him [to life], is Able. 8 on the Day when all secrets will be laid bare, 9 when he will be helpless, with no supporter. 10 By the sky (having rain clouds) which gives rain, again and again. 11 by the earth cracking open with new growth. 12 Most surely it is a decisive word, 13 And no trifle. 14 Indeed the disbelievers carry out their evil schemes. 15 But I too am devising a plan. 16 So give a respite to the disbelievers. Deal thou gently with them for a while. 17
Almighty God's Truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
