O Prophet! Tell thy wives and daughters, and the believing women, that they should cast their outer garments over their persons (when abroad): that is most convenient, that they should be known (as such) and not molested. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. 59 ۞ If the hypocrites and perverts, and the rumour-mongers of Madinah, do not desist even now, We shall rouse you against them, so they would not be able to live but a short time in the city with you. 60 Accursed wherever they are found, [being] seized and massacred completely. 61 That hath been the dispensation of Allah with those who have passed away afore; and thou shalt not find in the dispensation of Allah any change. 62 People ask you regarding the Last Day; proclaim, “Its knowledge is only with Allah; and what do you know, the Last Day may really be near!” 63 God has rejected those who deny the truth and prepared for them a blazing Fire. 64 therein to dwell for ever; they shall find neither protector nor helper. 65 The Day their faces will be turned about in the Fire, they will say, "How we wish we had obeyed Allah and obeyed the Messenger." 66 They shall say, "Our Lord, we paid heed to our leaders and our elders, but they led us away from the right path. 67 O our Sustainer! Give them double suffering, and banish them utterly from Thy grace!" 68
