And when Moses said unto his servant: I will not give up until I reach the point where the two rivers meet, though I march on for ages. 60 And when they reached the point where the two met, they forgot their fish, and it took its way into the waters, being free. 61 So when they had passed further on (beyond that fixed place), Musa (Moses) said to his boy-servant: "Bring us our morning meal; truly, we have suffered much fatigue in this, our journey." 62 He replied: 'What do you think, I forgot the fish when we were resting on the rock. None but satan made me forget to mention this; it made its way into the sea in a marvelous fashion' 63 Said he, 'This is what we were seeking!' And so they returned upon their tracks, retracing them. 64 and they found one of Our servants to whom We had granted Our mercy and had given a knowledge from Ourself. 65 Musa (Moses) said to him (Khidr) "May I follow you so that you teach me something of that knowledge (guidance and true path) which you have been taught (by Allah)?" 66 He (Khidr) said: "Verily! You will not be able to have patience with me! 67 How canst thou bear with that whereof thou canst not compass any knowledge? 68 He said, 'Yet thou shalt find me, if God will, patient; and I shall not rebel against thee in anything.' 69 He said: 'If you follow me, you must not question me about anything till I myself speak to you concerning it' 70
