(People), is your creation harder for God than that of the heavens, which He created, raised and established 27 He raised its height, and He has equally ordered it, 28 And He made its night dark, and started its light. 29 And after that He spread the earth, 30 therefrom brought forth its waters and its pastures, 31 And solidified the mountains. 32 [all this] as a means of sustenance for you and your animals? 33 But when the great calamity will come about 34 The day when man will call to mind his (whole) endeavour, 35 And Hell-Fire shall be placed in full view for (all) to see,- 36 then he who transgressed 37 And prefers the life of this world, 38 Then indeed, Hellfire will be [his] refuge. 39 And as for him who dreaded standing before his Lord, and restrained his soul from lust, 40 most surely his abode shall be Paradise. 41 THEY WILL ASK thee [O Prophet] about the Last Hour: "When will it come to pass?" 42 You have no knowledge to say anything about it, 43 To your Lord is the goal of it. 44 Thou art but a Warner for such as fear it. 45 It shall be as if; on the day they see it, they have but tarried for an evening, or its forenoon. 46
