The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
Oh, the chargers that run panting, 1 Striking sparks of fire (by their hooves), 2 as they gallop to make raids at dawn, 3 And therein raising dust. 4 thereby storming [blindly] into any host! 5 Indeed mankind, to his Lord, is ungrateful. 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 And indeed he is ardent for the love of good (wealth, becoming greedy). 8 ۞ Does he not then know when what is in the graves is raised, 9 And that which is in the breasts (of men) shall be made known. 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat). Sent down in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
