When the trumpet blast is sounded they will come out of their graves and hasten to their Lord, 51 (nervously) exclaiming. “Alas for us! Who roused us out of our sleeping-place?” “This is what the Merciful One had promised, and what (His) Messengers had said was true.” 52 It will be but one blast, and they will all be brought before Us together. 53 today no soul will be wronged at all; nor shall ye be requited but for that which ye have been working. 54 The dwellers of Paradise on that day will enjoy themselves. 55 They and their spouses - in shade, reclining on adorned couches. 56 Theirs shall be fruit therein and theirs shall be whatsoever they ask for. 57 Peace shall be the word from the Lord Merciful. 58 And get aside today, O guilty ones! 59 ۞ Children of Adam, did We not command you not to worship satan. He was your sworn enemy. 60 And that you worship [only] Me? This is a straight path. 61 Yet he led astray a great multitude of you. Why did you not then understand? 62 This is hell with which you were threatened. 63 Roast in it now for having disbelieved." 64 Today We shall seal upon their mouths, and their hands will speak unto us, and their feet will bear witness of that which they have been earning. 65 Had it been Our will We would have obliterated their sight so that they raced to the Path. But, how would they see? 66 And if We pleased We could paralyse them in their tracks, and they would not be able to move forward or turn back. 67
