The Bee (Al-nahl)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ (Inevitable) cometh (to pass) the Command of Allah: seek ye not then to hasten it: Glory to Him, and far is He above having the partners they ascribe unto Him! 1 He sends down this spirit (of prophecy) by His command through His angels on any of His servants whom He wills, (directing them): "Warn people that there is no deity but Me; so hold Me alone in fear." 2 He created the heavens and the earth with Truth. Exalted is He above whatever they associate with Allah in His Divinity. 3 He created man out of a mere drop of fluid, and lo! he turned into an open wrangler. 4 And the cattle! He hath created them. For you in them there is warmth and other profits and of them ye eat. 5 And for you there is beauty in them as ye drive them at eventide and as ye drive them out to pasture. 6 They carry your heavy loads to lands which you would not have been able to reach without great difficulty. Your Lord is certainly Compassionate and All-Merciful. 7 And horses, and mules, and donkeys so that you may ride them, and for adornment; and He will create what you do not know*. (* All modern means of transport – by air, sea, land and even in space – evidence this.) 8 And Allah's is the direction of the way, and some (roads) go not straight. And had He willed He would have led you all aright. 9
