۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 So Firaun sent gatherers into the cities. 53 'These' they said, 'are a small band, 54 “And indeed they have angered all of us.” 55 and we are a host on our guard.' 56 So We expelled them from gardens and fountains, 57 and [deprived them of their erstwhile] station of honour!" 58 Even so. And We caused the Children of Isra'il to inherit them. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, those with Moses said: Lo! we are indeed caught. 61 Moses said, "Certainly not. My Lord is with me and He will certainly guide me." 62 Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain. 63 We also brought the other party close to the same spot, 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, all together. 65 and drowned the other party. 66 In this [story] behold, there is a message [unto all men,] even though most of them will not believe [in it]. 67 Verily your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 68
