With power did We construct the heaven. Verily, We are Able to extend the vastness of space thereof. 47 And the earth, We have made it a wide extent; how well have We then spread (it) out. 48 And of everything We have created pairs, that you may remember (the Grace of Allah). 49 And so, [O Muhammad, say unto them:] "Flee unto God [from all that is false and evil]! Verily, I am a plain warner to you from Him! 50 and do not set up any deity with Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him. 51 Thus has it been (in the past): never did a Messenger come to the nations that preceded them but they said: “(He is) a sorcerer, or a mad-man.” 52 Is this the legacy they have passed down from one to the other? In fact, they are a rebellious people. 53 Turn away from them. You will not be blamed. 54 But remind, the Reminder will benefit the believers. 55 I have only created Jinns and men, that they may serve Me. 56 I seek not any provision from them, nor I desire that they should feed Me. 57 Indeed, it is Allah who is the [continual] Provider, the firm possessor of strength. 58 The evildoers shall have their portion, like the portion of their fellows; so let them not hasten Me! 59 Alas the woe for those who refuse to believe in the Day which has been promised them. 60
