I swear by that which ye see. 38 And by oath of those you do not see. 39 most surely, this is the word brought by a noble messenger, 40 It is not the word of a poet, little is that you believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer: little admonition it is ye receive. 42 This is the Revelation sent down from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 43 Now if he [whom We have entrusted with it] had dared to attribute some [of his own] sayings unto Us, 44 We would surely have seized him by the right hand, 45 And then certainly should have cut off his life artery (Aorta), 46 And not one of you could have withheld Us from him. 47 And surely it is an admonition to the God-fearing. 48 And verily, We know that there are some among you that belie (this Quran). [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 29, Page 68] 49 and (on the Day of Judgment) this will be a great source of regret for the unbelievers. 50 for, verily, it is truth absolute! 51 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 52
