And indeed, the Qur'an is the revelation of the Lord of the worlds. 192 Which the True Spirit hath brought down 193 Upon your heart, [O Muhammad] - that you may be of the warners - 194 In plain Arabic speech. 195 (a revelation embodied) in the scriptures of the ancients. 196 Is not the fact (that the Israelite scholars already knew about the Quran through their Book) sufficient evidence for the pagans of the truthfulness (of the Quran)? 197 And if We had revealed it unto one of any other nation than the Arabs, 198 and he had recited it to them, they would not have believed in it. 199 Thus have We caused it (the denial of the Quran) to enter the hearts of the Mujrimun (criminals, polytheists, sinners, etc.). 200 they will not believe in it until they see the grievous punishment. 201 that will come upon them [on resurrection,] all of a sudden, without their being aware [of its approach]; 202 Then they will say: "Shall we be respited?" 203 Do they then ask for Our Penalty to be hastened on? 204 Beholdest thou? if We let them enjoy for years. 205 and thereupon that [chastisement] which they were promised befalls them 206 (How) that wherewith they were contented naught availeth them? 207 And We destroyed no township but it had its warners 208 for a reminder, and We never harmed. 209 And the satans have not brought it down. 210 It would neither suit them nor would they be able (to produce it). 211 Most surely they are far removed from the hearing of it. 212 So do not call on any deity besides God, lest you incur His punishment. 213 And warn thy tribe of near kindred, 214 and lower your wing to the believers who follow you. 215 If they disobey you, tell them, "I condemn your disobedient deeds". 216 Put your trust in the Almighty, the Most Merciful, 217 Who seeth thee when thou standest up 218 and when you turn among those who prostrate themselves. 219 Surely, He is the Hearer, the Knower. 220 Shall I tell you on whom the Satans come down? 221 They descend upon every sinful liar. 222 The satans try to listen to the heavens but many of them are liars. 223 As for the poets - it is the seduced who follow them. 224 Do you not see how they wander aimlessly in every valley, 225 preaching what they do not practice. 226 Except those who believe, and do good works and remember Allah in abundance and became victorious after they had been wronged. The wrongdoers will surely know which turn they will be returning to (Hell). 227
Almighty God's Truth.
