We shall help Our Messengers and the believers, in this life and on the day when witness will come forward. 51 On that Day no excuse will benefit the harmdoers. Theirs shall be the curse, and an evil lodging. 52 To Moses We had given guidance and to the children of Israel We had given the Book 53 a guide and an admonition to men of understanding. 54 Therefore have patience; the promise of Allah is true, and ask forgiveness of your sins, and exalt with the praise of your Lord in the evening and at dawn. 55 Those who dispute concerning the signs of Allah without any proof having come to them – in their hearts is nothing but a craving for greatness which they shall never achieve; therefore seek the refuge of Allah; indeed He only is the All Hearing, the All Seeing. 56 Assuredly the creation of the heavens and the earth is greater than the creation of mankind; but most of mankind know not. 57 Just as the blind and the seeing are not equal, so are the righteously striving believers and the sinners are not equal. How little to this you pay attention. 58 The Hour is coming, no doubt of it, but most men do not believe. 59 And your Lord says: Call upon Me, I will answer you; surely those who are too proud for My service shall soon enter hell abased. 60
