The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

The Clatterer! 1 What is the Striking? 2 What shall Make thee know that which the Striking is? 3 The day when men will be like scattered moths. 4 and the mountains shall be like fluffs of carded wool in varying colours. 5 And then, he whose weight [of good deeds] is heavy in the balance 6 He will live a pleasant life. 7 But he whose balance (of good deeds) will be (found) light,- 8 His refuge will be an abyss. 9 Would that you knew what hawiya his? 10 A fire hotly burning! 11
