Man asks, "When I am once dead, shall I be raised to life?" 66 Does man not remember that We created him before, while he was nothing? 67 So by your Lord, surely, We shall gather them together, and (also) the Shayatin (devils) (with them), then We shall bring them round Hell on their knees. 68 and then We will draw aside from each party those who were most rebellious against the Most Compassionate Lord, 69 We surely know best those most deserving of the fires of hell, 70 There is not one of you but shall approach it. That is a fixed ordinance of thy Lord. 71 Then We shall rescue those who kept from evil, and leave the evil-doers crouching there. 72 And when Our clear communications are recited to them, those who disbelieve say to those who believe: Which of the two parties is best in abiding and best in assembly? 73 But how many (countless) generations before them have we destroyed, who were even better in equipment and in glitter to the eye? 74 (Muhammad), tell them, "The Beneficent God gives respite to those who have gone astray only until they face the torment with which they were threatened or to the Day of Judgment. Then they will find out who will have the most miserable place and the weakest forces. 75 God gives greater guidance to those who are guided; and good deeds that endure are better with your Lord for reward, and better for consequence. 76 Have you seen him who denies Our revelations, and says: "I will certainly be given wealth and children." 77 Has he, perchance, attained to a realm which is beyond the reach of a created being's perception? or has he concluded a covenant with the Most Gracious? 78 No! We will record what he says and extend for him from the punishment extensively. 79 We shall inherit all that he boasts of, and he will come to Us all alone. 80 For [such as] these have taken to worshipping deities other than God, hoping that they would be a [source of] strength for them. 81 No, indeed! They shall deny their service, and they shall be against them pitted. 82
