We built the heavens by Our authority; and We are the Lord of power and expanse. 47 And We made the earth a base, so how well do We lay out! 48 and We created pairs of all things so that you might reflect. 49 So turn to God. I give you a clear warning from Him. 50 Do not choose other gods besides Him. I have been sent from Him to plainly warn you". 51 Thus has it been (in the past): never did a Messenger come to the nations that preceded them but they said: “(He is) a sorcerer, or a mad-man.” 52 What! Have they willed this utterance to one another? In fact they are a rebellious people. 53 So turn your attention away from them; you shall incur no blame. 54 But teach (thy Message) for teaching benefits the Believers. 55 I have not created mankind and jinn except to worship Me. 56 I want no sustenance from them nor do I want them to feed Me. 57 God is certainly the great provider, Lord of strength and power. 58 And indeed, for those who have wronged is a portion [of punishment] like the portion of their predecessors, so let them not impatiently urge Me. 59 And woe unto those who disbelieve, from (that) their day which they are promised. 60
