Al-A 'araaf 8 of 24

And We sent Noah to his people; and he said, 'O my people, serve God! You have no god other' than He; truly, I fear for you the chastisement of a dreadful day.' 59 The leaders of his people said: "Ah! we see thee evidently wandering (in mind)." 60 He said: O my people! there is no error in me, but I am an apostle from the Lord of the worlds. 61 sent to preach to you the message of my Lord and to give you good advice. I know what you do not know about God. 62 "Do you wonder that there has come to you a Reminder from your Lord through a man from amongst you, that he may warn you, so that you may fear Allah and that you may receive (His) Mercy?" 63 But they belied him, so We saved him and those along with him in the ship, and We drowned those who belied Our Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.). They were indeed a blind people. 64
