3/4 Hizb 45

Noah called to Us, and We are the Best to answer. 75 We saved him and his people from the great distress, 76 and made his offspring the only ones to survive, 77 And left (his name) for posterity. 78 Peace and salutation to Nuh among the nations. 79 As such We recompense the gooddoers, 80 he was one of Our believing worshipers. 81 Then the rest we overwhelmed in the Flood. 82 ۞ Abraham was on the self-same way (as Noah). 83 when he came unto his Lord with a pure heart, 84 [And] when he said to his father and his people, "What do you worship? 85 Is it a falsehood-god beside Allah that ye desire? 86 What do you think of the Lord of the Worlds?" 87 Then he cast a glance at the stars, 88 He then said, “I feel sick (of you)!” 89 All the people turned away from him 90 Then he turned to their aliha (gods) and said: "Will you not eat (of the offering before you)? 91 What is wrong with you that you do not speak?" 92 then he turned on them, striking them down with his right hand. 93 Then they (the worshippers of idols) came, towards him, hastening. 94 He said: Worship ye that which ye yourselves do carve 95 while it is Allah Who has created you and all that you make?” 96 They said, "Build him a furnace, and throw him into the blazing fire!" 97 But whereas they sought to do evil unto him, We [frustrated their designs, and thus] brought them low? 98 And he said, “Indeed I shall go to my Lord Who will guide me.” 99 “My Lord! Give me a meritorious child.” 100 (In response to this prayer) We gave him the good news of a prudent boy; 101 Then, when (the son) reached (the age of) (serious) work with him, he said: "O my son! I see in vision that I offer thee in sacrifice: Now see what is thy view!" (The son) said: "O my father! Do as thou art commanded: thou will find me, if Allah so wills one practising Patience and Constancy!" 102 When they submitted to the will of God, and (Abraham) laid (his son) down prostrate on his temple, 103 We called to him, saying: 'O Abraham, 104 You have indeed shown the truth of the vision; surely thus do We reward the doers of good: 105 that surely was a manifest trial, 106 So, We ransomed him with a mighty sacrifice, 107 and left him thus to be remembered among later generations: 108 'Peace be upon Abraham' 109 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 110 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 111 And We gave him the glad tidings of Ishaque (Isaac) a Prophet from the righteous. 112 We blessed him and Ishaque (Isaac), and of their progeny are (some) that do right, and some that plainly wrong themselves. 113
