The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
182 verses, revealed in Mecca after Animals (Al-An 'aam) before Luqmaan (Luqmaan)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the aligners (angels) aligning. 1 Then those who drive away with reproof, 2 and those who recite the Remembrance 3 Indeed, your God is One, 4 Lord of the heavens and of the earth and all between them, and Lord of every point at the rising of the sun! 5 Surely We have adorned the nearest heaven with an adornment, the stars, 6 to protect them from the rebellious satan. 7 (So) they should not strain their ears in the direction of the Exalted Assembly but be cast away from every side, 8 With a driving fusillade, and theirs shall be a torment perpetual; 9 Except one who snatches [some words] by theft, but they are pursued by a burning flame, piercing [in brightness]. 10 Therefore ask them (O dear Prophet Mohammed peace and blessings be upon him), “Are they a stronger creation, or are other things of our creation, (the angels, the heavens etc.)?” We have indeed created them from sticky clay. 11 Nay! you wonder while they mock, 12 When they are reminded, they do not pay heed, 13 and, when they see a sign, would scoff; 14 And say, "This is not but obvious magic. 15 Why - after we have died and become mere dust and bones, shall we, forsooth, be raised from the dead? 16 And also our forefathers? 17 Say (O Muhammad SAW): "Yes, and you shall then be humiliated." 18 The Day of Judgment will come within a single roar and they will remain gazing at it. 19 And will say, “O our misfortune!” It will be said to them, “This is the Day of Justice.” 20 This is the Day of Separation, which ye used to deny. 21

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
