We have made the heavens with Our own hands and We expanded it. 47 We spread the earth a carpet; what comfort We provide! 48 And of everything We have created pairs that you may be mindful. 49 (Muhammad), tell them,"Seek refuge in God. I have been sent from Him to plainly warn you. 50 Do not set up another god, along with God. I come from Him to warn you plainly. 51 Similarly, no messenger came to the Peoples before them, but they said (of him) in like manner, "A sorcerer, or one possessed"! 52 Is this the legacy they have passed down from one to the other? In fact, they are a rebellious people. 53 Then turn your back upon them for you are not to blame; 54 And remind (by preaching the Quran, O Muhammad SAW) for verily, the reminding profits the believers. 55 I created the jinn and mankind only so that they might worship Me: 56 No Sustenance do I require of them, nor do I require that they should feed Me. 57 Lo! Allah! He it is that giveth livelihood, the Lord of unbreakable might. 58 So surely those who are unjust shall have a portion like the portion of their companions, therefore let them not ask Me to hasten on. 59 For, woe unto those who are bent on denying the truth - [woe] on the Day which they have been promised 60
