Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

And verily in the heaven we have set mansions of the stars, and We have beautified it for beholders. 16 And We have guarded it (near heaven) from every outcast Shaitan (devil). 17 Except one who steals a hearing and is pursued by a clear burning flame. 18 We have spread out the earth, and set upon it firm mountains and caused everything to grow in due proportion. 19 And created livelihoods for you in it, and created those for whom you do not provide the sustenance. 20 With Us is the source of everything and We do not send it down except in a known quantity. 21 We send impregnating winds and send down water from the sky for you to drink and you have no (control over its) storage. 22 And surely, it is We who give life and make to die. We are the Inheritor. 23 We know those who lived before you and those who will come after you. 24 And surely your Lord will gather them together; surely He is Wise, Knowing. 25
