Verily the God-fearing shall be amidst gardens and springs. 45 (And it is said unto them): Enter them in peace, secure. 46 And We shall purge their breasts of all traces of rancour; and they shall be seated on couches facing one another as brothers. 47 Toil shall not afflict them in it, nor shall they be ever ejected from it. 48 ۞ Tell My worshipers that I am the Forgiving, the Most Merciful, 49 and that My punishment is a painful one. 50 Inform them about the matter of Abraham's guests. 51 When they entered unto him, and said; peace! He said: verily we are afraid of you. 52 They replied, "Do not be afraid. We have brought you the glad news of (the birth) of a learned son". 53 He said: "Do ye give me glad tidings that old age has seized me? Of what, then, is your good news?" 54 They said, "We have given you good tidings in truth, so do not be of the despairing." 55 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "And who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except those who are astray?" 56 Messengers, what is your task?" 57 They said, "We are sent to a sinful people. 58 "Except the family of Lot whom we shall save 59 excepting only his wife, [of whom God says,] 'We have ordained [that,] behold, she should be among those who stay behind!' 60
