BUT FOR THOSE who of their Sustainer's Presence stand in fear, two gardens [of paradise are readied] 46 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 47 [two gardens] of many wondrous hues. 48 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 49 In them (each) will be two Springs flowing (free); 50 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 51 In them there are pairs of each kind of fruit. 52 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 53 (They shall) recline on couches lined with brocade, and the fruits of the Gardens will be near at hand. 54 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 55 In them will be (Maidens), chaste, restraining their glances, whom no man or Jinn before them has touched;- 56 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 57 They are like rubies and coral-stone. 58 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 59 Should the reward of goodness be aught else but goodness? -- 60 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 61 And besides these two, there are two other Gardens (i.e. in Paradise). 62 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 63 Densely covered with foliage, appearing dark. 64 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 65 Wherein are two abundant springs. 66 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 67 In which will be the fruit, date-palms and pomegranates. 68 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 69 In them good and comely maidens -- 70 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 71 Fair ones, confined in tents. 72 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 73 Undeflowered by man or by jinn before them, -- 74 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and rich beautiful mattresses. 76 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 77 Blessed is the name of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor. 78
